Metamorphosis Mentoring Program was developed to empower young Black girls ages 13-17 in the Dallas Metropolitan Area* and support their personal development as they prepare for adulthood.

Our mission is to establish a legacy that encourages young black girls to recognize and metamorphose into their beauty, rarity, and strength.

We offer an interactive curriculum to expose our mentees to financial literacy, collegiate prep, entrepreneurship, etiquette training and S.T.E.A.M. Additionally, the Metamorphosis Mentoring Program is designed to provide all participants with practical hands-on experiences.

Our Pearl Ceremony celebrates all graduates of Metamorphosis. Graduates receive a beautiful strand of pearls and a charge to continue their personal development.
