More Than Just the Blues
This will be a Mental Health Awareness program to discuss symptoms of depression and how to manage depression in your daily lives.

Conversations on Domestic Violence and Intimate Partner Violence
Increasing awareness of domestic violence against black women and how to best advocate for an end to the cycle of abuse. A panel discussion, moderated by Schretta Stewart-Mays, will feature Erika Wilkins, Esq., Dr. Traci Perry, Dr. Pamela J. Randolph, Renee Hendrix-White, Major Phyllis Nobles, and Tiffany Wilkerson.
The conversation will provide insight into the legal aspect and victim’s experience associated with domestic violence and will include information on how to access resources to help the abused and their offender.
This is a FREE in-person panel event that will be hosted at Paul Quinn College

All That Glitters Is Gold: A Salute to the Arts signature event

We’re looking for a “Few Great Women” who are professional, community-oriented, civic-minded, established and emerging leaders interested and available to give of their time, talents and resources to enrich the lives of Black women and girls throughout the Dallas Metropolitan area.

The goal of this breakfast was to allow for invitees to learn more about NCBW and our program initiatives while enjoying complimentary breakfast catered by Absolutely Edible, an African American female owned business.
