Membership application requirements

Please be sure to read through all of the requirements below before proceeding with the application.

Failure to submit all required documents within a timely manner will result in application termination and/or points being deducted from your overall score.

  • Application Fee

    Pay via PayPal

    There is a $50 non-refundable application fee which covers the applicants background check. This fee must be paid in order for your application to be considered for membership.

    If you have any issues processing your payment please let the membership team know prior to the deadline.

    Complete the NC100BW Dallas Metropolitan Membership application in its entirety.

    Please note that once the application has been submitted you will be redirected to a Google Form to submit additional required documents for membership consideration.
